Welcome to WaitJoin ("WaitJoin," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WaitJoin platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using WaitJoin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

## 1. Overview of the Service

WaitJoin is a platform that allows:

- Creators to create public or private waitlists
- Users to discover and join waitlists
- Supporters to send gifts or early support to creators
- Admins to moderate content and users

WaitJoin does not guarantee product launches, access, or outcomes.

## 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WaitJoin. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

## 3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Provide accurate information
- Keep your account secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

## 4. Waitlists

### Public Waitlists

- Appear in discovery
- May be ranked or surfaced based on activity
- Are visible to other users

### Private Waitlists

- Invite-only
- Not indexed or publicly discoverable
- Intended for controlled access

WaitJoin does not guarantee placement, visibility, or performance of any waitlist.

## 5. Gifting & Payments

WaitJoin may allow users to send gifts or support payments to creators.

- Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
- WaitJoin is not a bank or escrow
- Gifts are non-refundable unless required by law
- Creators are responsible for fulfilling any promises or rewards

WaitJoin may charge platform fees, which will be disclosed before payment.

## 6. Pricing & Subscriptions

WaitJoin offers both free and paid plans.

### Subscriptions

- Pricing, features, and limits are displayed on the Pricing page
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

### Changes

We reserve the right to:

- Modify pricing
- Add or remove features
- Introduce new plans

Changes will not retroactively affect active billing periods.

## 7. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are solely responsible for:

- The accuracy of their waitlist information
- Communication with users
- Fulfillment of access, deals, or promises
- Compliance with applicable laws

WaitJoin does not endorse or verify creators or their products.

## 8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Misrepresent information
- Abuse, harass, or impersonate others
- Spam or manipulate waitlists
- Attempt to game rankings or engagement
- Use the platform for illegal purposes

We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

## 9. Moderation & Enforcement

WaitJoin reserves the right to:

- Remove waitlists or content
- Limit visibility
- Suspend or terminate accounts

These actions may be taken without notice if necessary to protect the platform.

## 10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software related to WaitJoin are owned by WaitJoin or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

## 11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party services or their actions.

## 12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding:

- Availability
- Accuracy
- Outcomes
- Success of waitlists or products

Use the Service at your own risk.

## 13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaitJoin is not liable for:

- Lost profits
- Lost data
- Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

## 14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms.

## 15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
